How will I know if the gym is closed due to inclement weather?
 A. We will call WKTV to post the closing, and leave a message on our answering machine.

How will I know when my child is ready to move to a  more advanced class?
 A. Your child will receive a ticket from the coach. You will need to bring the ticket to the front desk to obtain further information.

What is your payment policy?
 A. Tuition is charged for each class held in the month, and is paid on a monthly basis. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Any payments made after the 10th of the month incur a $10.00 late fee. Attendance in any class during the month constitutes enrollment for that month. Valley accepts payments by cash, check, Mastercard, Visa & Discover.

What should my child wear for gymnastics?
 A. Girls may wear a leotard or a tucked in t-shirt and shorts. Boys should wear shorts and a tucked in t-shirt. Long hair needs to be pulled back, and no jewelry should be worn. Children should go barefoot in class.

Where do I wait while my child takes class?
 A. We have a lobby area with large windows that allows you to watch your child's class. Parents and siblings of gymnasts are not allowed to be in the gym during class time. We will have special Parent Recognition Weeks throughout the year. During these special events you will be allowed to observe your child's class.

 What is your make-up policy?
 A. As a courtesy to our customers, each child is allowed one make-up per month for a missed class. Preschool class children will make up in another preschool class. All other students may attend the make-up class on the first Friday of the month following the absence from 6-7 P.M. You must call the front desk in advance to schedule a make-up class for your child

What Holidays are you closed?

Valley Gymnastics is closed on Labor Day, Halloween, Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day and July 4th.
